Refund Policy

Última actualización: 12 October 2026

This policy explains when you can get your money back on QuantCampus. It forms part of our Terms of Service. In short: if you buy a course and it is not for you, ask within 14 days and we refund you in full.

1. Courses bought by students

  • •You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We do not ask why, and it does not matter whether you have already opened lessons or used the AI tutor.
  • •This 14-day period applies to the first payment for a course, including the first payment of a course that is billed as a subscription.
  • •When a refund is made, your access to that course ends.
  • •If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this policy gives you at least the 14-day withdrawal right you have by law for online purchases. Because we refund within 14 days either way, you do not need to give up that right to start learning straight away.

2. Renewals and cancelling a course subscription

  • •You can cancel a recurring course subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • •Renewal payments are not refunded after the period has started, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error. If you were charged by mistake, contact us as soon as you notice.

3. Creator subscription

  • •The creator subscription is billed in advance. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your campuses and tools stay available until then.
  • •We do not give refunds for the current or past billing periods or for unused time, except where the law requires it or where we charged you in error.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@quantcampus.io from the address you used to sign up. Tell us which course or plan you bought and the date. We will confirm your request and process it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. They normally reach you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. What happens to the creator's share

When a course sale is refunded, the creator's share of that sale and QuantCampus's platform fee for it are returned as well. Creators agree to this when they publish a course.

6. Problems that are not refund requests

  • •If a course is not working properly (for example lessons will not load), contact us first and we will try to fix it. You can still ask for a refund within the periods above.
  • •If you think a charge is fraudulent, or you did not authorise it, tell us straight away so we can act. Please contact us before starting a dispute with your bank, because it is usually faster for us to refund you directly.

7. Changes

We may update this policy for future purchases. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
