Terms of Service
Ostatnia aktualizacja: 12 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QuantCampus, including the website at quantcampus.io, the tools creators use to build courses, and the courses and AI tutor that students use to learn. QuantCampus is operated by Qubitty, ul. Ludwika Waryńskiego 2, 45-047 Opole ("QuantCampus", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a course or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. What QuantCampus is
QuantCampus is a platform where creators build online courses (called campuses) with the help of AI, publish them under their own page, and sell them to students. Students buy access to a course and learn through lessons, quizzes and an AI tutor.
Creators are independent from QuantCampus. A creator, not QuantCampus, is the author of the course they publish and is responsible for its content.
2. Your account
- •You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- •You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- •You may have one account per person. Do not share your account or resell access to it.
- •Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Creators
If you create a campus, the following also applies to you.
- •You own the content you create and upload. You give QuantCampus a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, copy, adapt (for example to produce different learning levels and translations) and deliver that content to students for as long as the campus is published, and as needed to run, secure and improve the service.
- •AI-assisted content is a draft. You must review everything the AI generates before you publish it and you are fully responsible for the accuracy, legality and quality of what you publish, including any claims about results, income, health, legal or financial outcomes.
- •You must have the rights to everything you upload or ask the AI to use. Do not copy other people's work.
- •You set the price of your campus from the options we offer. You agree to the platform fee and payout terms shown in your creator dashboard when you subscribe or publish.
- •To receive payouts you must complete onboarding with our payment provider, Stripe, and accept its terms (the Stripe Connected Account Agreement). We may delay or withhold payouts if Stripe or the law requires it, or if a payment is refunded, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent.
- •You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn, including income tax and, where it applies, VAT or sales tax.
- •The creator subscription is billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. See the Refund Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.
4. Students
- •When you buy a campus you receive a personal, non-transferable right to access it for your own learning, for the period stated on the course page.
- •You may not copy, record, scrape, share or resell course content, or let others use your access.
- •The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes are added where required.
- •Your right to a refund is described in the Refund Policy.
5. AI features and what they can and cannot do
QuantCampus uses AI models from third parties to help creators build courses and to power the tutor that answers students' questions. AI can be wrong, out of date or incomplete. Output may not be unique and may be similar to output given to other people.
Courses and tutor answers are for general education only. They are not professional advice. Do not rely on them as legal, financial, tax, investment, medical or other professional advice, and do not make important decisions based on them without checking with a qualified professional.
We do not guarantee any learning, career, income or other result from any course.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. When a student buys a campus, QuantCampus collects the payment, keeps its platform fee and transfers the creator's share to the creator through Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Your bank or card issuer may charge fees or apply exchange rates.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, unless the Refund Policy says otherwise.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use QuantCampus to:
- •break the law or infringe anyone's rights, including copyright, trademark and privacy rights;
- •publish content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive or that promotes self-harm, illegal activity or scams;
- •make misleading promises about income, health, legal or financial outcomes;
- •upload malware, probe or attack the service, bypass limits or security measures, or overload it;
- •use bots or scrapers, or extract the service's AI output at scale, without our written permission;
- •try to make the AI produce harmful content, or use the service to build a competing product by copying it.
9. Our intellectual property
The QuantCampus name, logo, software, design and everything we provide other than your content belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to it except to use the service as intended.
If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Stripe (payments), AI model providers, and hosting, email and database providers. Their own terms apply to the parts they provide, and we are not responsible for their services. The Privacy Policy lists the main providers we use.
11. Suspension and ending your account
You can stop using QuantCampus and delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or end your access, remove content or withhold payouts if you break these Terms, if the law requires it, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, or if your use creates risk for others or for the service. Where it is reasonable we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem.
Sections that by their nature should continue after your account ends (such as intellectual property, payments owed, liability and governing law) will continue.
12. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep QuantCampus available but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, add or remove features. If a change materially reduces something you have already paid for, we will tell you and, where appropriate, offer a refund for the unused part.
13. Disclaimers and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we do not give any warranty about it beyond what the law requires.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Creators are responsible to their own students for their courses.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
14. Indemnity (creators)
If you are a creator, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs arising from a claim by a third party that your content or your conduct breaks the law or someone else's rights or these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will give reasonable notice, for example by email or a notice on the site, before it applies to you. If you keep using QuantCampus after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
16. Languages
These Terms may be provided in several languages for your convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by: the laws of Poland, with the courts of Opole.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another place with mandatory consumer protection rules, you also keep the benefit of those rules and may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live.
